Venezuela Night was a cultural celebration organised by The Latin Experience, dedicated to bringing the Venezuelan community together while introducing others to the country's rich traditions and culture.

Created by a Venezuelan founder, the event held a particularly personal meaning, celebrating national identity through music, authentic food, traditional performances, cultural symbols, and immersive experiences. Throughout the evening, guests could enjoy entertainment, connect with others, and experience a welcoming atmosphere that felt both festive and familiar.

Designed for both Venezuelans living abroad and anyone curious to discover the culture, the event created a vibrant space where people could celebrate, reconnect, and feel at home.

    Welcomed guests throughout the evening, helping create a friendly and engaging first impression while encouraging participation in the event's activities.

    Face Painting

    Provided themed face painting inspired by the spirit of the event, interacting directly with guests and contributing to the vibrant, immersive atmosphere throughout the evening.

  3. 03

    Content Creation

    Captured moments from the event to support future promotional content while documenting the overall atmosphere and guest experience.

  4. 04

    On-site Assistance

    Supported the production team throughout the event by assisting with operational tasks wherever needed, helping ensure the experience ran smoothly for both guests and organisers.

  5. 05

    Venue Reset

    Assisted with the post-event venue reset, helping dismantle decorations and prepare the space following the event.
