Carnaval Night was one of The Latin Experience's largest cultural celebrations, bringing the energy and traditions of Latin American Carnaval to Amsterdam.

Designed as a large-scale immersive experience, the event combined live DJs, dance performances, themed entertainment areas, authentic food, colourful décor, interactive experiences, and a dedicated makeup station, allowing guests to fully embrace the spirit of Carnaval.

Created for both the Latin American community and anyone interested in experiencing the celebration, the event provided a vibrant and welcoming environment where people could connect, celebrate their culture, and enjoy an unforgettable evening together.

Guest Registration, Guest & Artist Welcome, and On-site Assistance

    Guest Registration & Welcome

    Welcomed approximately 1,600 guests throughout the event, managing registration, distributing drink tokens, and creating a positive first impression from the moment attendees arrived.

  2. 02

    Artist & Performer Coordination

    Welcomed DJs, performers, and artists upon arrival, assisting with check-in and ensuring they were directed smoothly to the appropriate event areas.

  3. 03

    Venue Preparation

    Supported the team during the final stages of venue setup, assisting with preparations before guests arrived and helping ensure the event was ready for opening.

  4. 04

    On-site Assistance

    Provided operational support throughout the event, adapting to changing priorities and assisting the production team wherever needed to help maintain a smooth guest experience.

  5. 05

    Venue Reset

    Assisted with post-event breakdown, removing decorations, resetting the venue, and supporting the team during closing procedures.
